The Arrive and Thrive Program is the result of this pledge. The program serves as a resource for project partners and local diverse businesses who are focused on long-term growth.

OUR FOCUS AND INTENTION

This program promotes inclusion of disadvantaged firms certified by an approved government organization or agency recognized by Caesars, including:

  • Minority Business Enterprise (MBE)

  • Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE)

  • Service-Disabled Veteran’s Business Enterprise (SDVBE)

  • Veteran’s Business Enterprise (VBE)

  • Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender Business Enterprise (LGBTBE)

  • Disability-Owned Business Enterprise (DOBE)

  • Nevada Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (Nevada DBE)

These businesses are collectively referred to as Diverse Businesses (DBs). This program engages directly with DB subcontractors; no intermediaries or third-party representation will be considered.

PARTNERSHIP

Caesars Entertainment and The PENTA Building Group have engaged the services of SUMNU Marketing and MYS Project Management as their dedicated Diversity Outreach and Support Manager to perform robust outreach, placement, evaluation, tracking and coaching for Diverse Businesses. It is expected that all project partners will work collectively with the Diversity Manager to help improve the overall industry acumen and capacity of DBs integrated into the project.
